It’s the peppers or whatever it’s in there okay I’m going add a little more all in all I said that’s about a tablespoon that’s some more oregano that’s probably a couple of teaspoon so total I’ve add a tablespoon okay and you just want to sauté these up make sure if you’re

Done and I’m using stuff that you guys may already have in your kitchen cabinet in your spice cabinet so this is going to take about two the 3 minutes on each side total flip them over flip it over so this is my cajun spice shrimp and sausage

Half and just spread these around until till the onions and the bell peppers is soft or sauté all right okay for the mushrooms are done now what I’m going to do is add the undou sausage back in to give it a little more flavor all right it’s good in

There you want those mushrooms to soak up that flavor that goodness just keep Stirring until the mushroom become a little tender okay there we go I’m going take this out and put it into put it right back in the plate that I had in here okay all right I’m going to finish taking this out and I’ll be back okay

Guys I’m back so after I had taken all that goodness out of there turn this back on now I’m going to add more olive oil about that much and that’s probably about a Teaspoon yeah I have some uh crushed uh tomatoes and I can’t show you the can well let’s see if I can try that’s what I have I’m not using this whole thing because I’m making a double batch I am going to use one cup [Applause]

Okay I’m going let that cook just for a little [Applause] bit let’s try to get the Tomato uh taste out a little bit have to turn the heat up okay now I am going to add one cup of chicken broth one cup of chicken broth and how I

Made it you know guys I use this better than bullan and I just take a scoop of this teaspoon all right I’m going to mix that in try to get all the goodness from the side they not burnt so I like that part okay and once you mix

That then you’re going to add a cup of half and half and the reason why I’m measuring this because I don’t like to measure guys I really don’t I hate it with a passion cuz I can really eyeball it and tell you the amount I’ve did it on all of my videos

All right going to mix that you going to let it come to a simmer and it’s not going to be your basic uh really white sauce as you can tell just going to let it cook from here that’s where I like to take the back and

Taste and I think it needs a little more it’s probably two oh I would say about a teaspoon cuz that looks like a teaspoon for real okay and from here you’re going to take your parmesan probably about a half a cup or a cup and then you’re going to take cheese right [Applause]

Here so that’s about two cups actually just going to let that melt until it start getting a little thick I don’t want it too thick okay you just going to let that get fit see how bubbling okay from here you are going to add your pasta that I had already precooked okay all

Right all right now you want to add all the other ingredients in here except the shrimp the shrimp will be last you see how the cheese is melting you will slap a half Stone this for real just going to try to mix it around lift it up so the sauce can get

Between the pasta guess what guys this is done but I am going to add some black pepper because I like to see make me think I’m cooking it may look a lot but it’s not it’s only a teaspoon and a half really there we go that’s what I’m looking for
