I’m taking one of my very favorite side dishes and that is creamed anything and putting it into a delicious casserole add 227 G of sliced mushrooms into a dry pan over medium heat add in a little bit of salt and pepper and while those do their thing thinly slice up a

Shallot add in 2 tbspoon of butter I’m also going to add in that shallot stir in two cloves of garlic a tablespoon of flour measure out vegetable broth half a cup of that and while whisking I’m going to slowly incorporate this broth I need one cup of milk I’m still

Calling it creamed mushroom and spinach though cuz milked mushroom and spinach sounds gross add in a teaspoon of Dijon mustard half a cup of grated parmesano regano cheese a tiny pinch of grated nutmeg season that with a bit of salt and pepper and add in 227 G of spinach

And 2 tbsp of chopped par ly pop a lid on that to wilt and then give that a stir pour all that into a dish and layer on about 350 G of freezer hash browns cook this off in my 425° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until

That top is nice and crispy and golden brown and the rest is bubbling this at your next pot luck you win the casserole prize
