INGREDIENTS:
500g/1 pound Beef
1 tsp Baking soda
1 Onion
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 Red bell papper
1/2 Green bell papper

Sauce:
1 big clove garlic or 2 small
1 tsp salt , 1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Chili sauce

500 g / 1 pound Beef. Hello my friends 🤗😘. What is your favorite kind of meat? Beef, pork, chicken or seafood? Transfer the meat to a bowl. Add 1 tsp Baking soda. Rub the baking soda on your meat, making sure to cover all sides.

Baking soda acts as a meat tenderizer by changing the physical composition of meat fibers. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. 1 big clove garlic or 2 small. 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp Black pepper. 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes. 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar. 2 tbsp Olive Oil.

1 tbsp Chili sauce. Mix well. Rinse the meat well with water. Blot moisture with a paper towel. 2 tbsp Olive oil. Place the meat in a pan and fry over high heat for 2 minutes on both sides. 1 Onion. Transfer the meat to a plate. 1 tbsp Butter.

Add onion and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. 1/2 Red bell pepper and 1/2 Green bell pepper. Add bell pepper to the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Return the meat to the pan. Cover with sauce. Mix well and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes. mmm…delicious 😋.

Well that is the best – first make the meat tender with something as awful tasting as baking powder – the wash it off – it now tastes like rotten meat – and the to cover up what you have done to it smack so much of everything on to it so that it tastes like everything spicy – it's like pouring perfume onto a turd – it is still a turd – it will burn a hole into your stomach – why not give it to the dog or cat they are made for that – or if it really has to be, and I actually don't know why, mince it and make a hamburger out of it.

  3. Yeah…. this is not the chinese secret softening technique… this is just literal pan fried beef with sauce on it. The beef too thick, and not actually coating and letting the meat absorb the juices before pan frying. This is not correct.

  9. Нежная говядина за 5 минут! Как? Если только мариновать 15 минут!!!! Кто вас учил пользоваться часами? То что 15 минут намного дольше нежели 5 минут вас не смущает? Сплошное вранье!!!!! А есть дебилы которые также будут заявлять что готовили за 5 минут.
