So no, it doesn’t taste exactly like the full fat caesar dressing we all know and love BUT if you’re like me and like to have your salad swimming in dressing then you may want to look into a healthier dressing alternative – cue: Homemade Greek Yogurt Caesar Salad Dressing! It’s a great healthy alternative to the real thing!

Ingredients:
1 Cup non-fat Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled
3 Anchovies
Juice of half a lemon
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper (optional)

Directions:
Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! If you like a little heat, add some a pinch of ground black pepper. Pour on top of your favorite salad.
