I have a Samsung, I don’t use flash, and take photos just fine. If your aim is presentation, and I’m assuming it is since you posted here, then this is part of it.
There are settings you can change like brightness, exposure, contrast, etc. all very easy to adjust in the default editor. There’s also an option when actually taking the photo – when you tap an area to focus on it, you can hold and it brings up a slider for brightness. Really helps for low light situations.

It’s hard to see details, but this looks pretty good. It looks like you have a red sauce and some red gels spheres? I think it would be nice. If both of these things weren’t red. It makes it look like your sauce is really unevenly piped, which makes it look really messy. Especially with the crumble and scattered micros
