Nitty-gritty but I ain’t going to do it that’s but y’all today we going to make a Philly steak and cheese casserole I know you saying this ground beef though that ain’t no steak but look you could use some steak on you could use some shade beef turkey meat whatever you want

To use okay most likely you’ll have this rather than some shav beef or some steakums in your freezer but if you do that thing but I’m going to show you what we going to do cuz we got 2 lbs of ground beef I’m cooking that up and I’m

Going to show you the other stuff we got but I’mma go ahead and we’re going step by step okay so we going to season this meat up this 2 lbs if I haven’t said it we’re going to put some seasoned salt on it and you can season this meat however

You want to cuz I know some people probably don’t like to season their meat but we do put some seasoned salt on it we going to put some garlic powder put some garlic powder and you just put as much as you want okay then we’re going to put some onion

Powder oh she smelling good already already and you know we going to use that complete we’re going to put that complete on there I know all y’all got a little bottle complete by now okay then we going to kind of incorporate that in when I tell you it

Soft and then we uh go ahead and preheat your oven to 375 preheat your oven to 375 look how cute she look already she is [Laughter] cute okay y’all so I’m going go ahead and let this finish cooking and then I’mma show you get your casserole dish

Out and I’mma to show you what we going to do next okay I be back okay y’all I’m finished with the ground beef so now what I like to do I like to put half of it down like layer it so that’s what we going to do don’t it look good [Laughter]

Good sh C okay don’t forget to preheat that oven now get use some provolone cheese you can use any kind but this is what I’m using so I’m going to put some of that on top super easy y’all I told you you thought I was playing uhuh I ain’t got time to play

Second we got four eggs in here cuz we’re going to put this on top to make it good and crispy this a half a cup of heavy whipping cream we going to put two tpoon of Wier sauce and two tpoon of hot sauce it’s not going make it [Laughter] hot okay stir this

Top it’s going to make it good and crispy and that oven should be preheated to 375 and then we going to cook it for uncovered uncovered for 35 minutes okay cook it uncover for 35 minutes all right and I’mma show you how she look when she come out the oven okay
