Profit Rolls

Ingredients for Rolls:
All-purpose flour 250 g / 2 cups
Water 500 g / 2 cups
Butter 250 g / 1 cup
Caster Sugar 30 g / 2 tbsp
Eggs 6

Ingredients for Custard Creamy Filling:
Custard Slurry (Vanilla Custard powder 1/4 cup + water 1/2 cup)
Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream 250 g / 1 cup
Caster Sugar 3 tbsp
Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk 300 g / 1 ¼ cup
Melted chocolate as required

Directions for Rolls Preparation:
1. In a pan heat water, butter, sugar and cook until starts to boil.
2. Once it starts boiling, add flour and mix it well with the help whisk to make a dough.
3. Transfer it to a bowl and beat it with the help of a beater.
4. Let it come to room temperature and then add eggs 2 by 2 and beat it well.
5. Now transfer this batter to a piping bag and squeeze it out on the greased baking tray in small portions.
6. Bake it in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 35-40 mins. Take them out of the oven and set aside.
Directions for Custard Cream Filling Preparation:
7. In a pan heat Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk and sugar. When it starts boiling, add custard slurry gradually and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
8. In a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
Note: Do not put in freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets gold temperature shock.
9. Add the prepared custard in the whipped cream and beat it well.
10. Now fill the rolls with the prepared creamy custard filling and serve. Top them with melted chocolate. Your Profit Rolls are ready.

Cooking time: 1 hour (including baking time)
