Rico Soul Italia Eats Homemade Fudge Brownies Recipe For A 13 by 9 Inch Pan

Ingredients

Unsalted Butter: 340 Grams (1.5 Cups or 3 Sticks)
Granulated Sugar: 711 Grams (3.5 Cups)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 113 Grams (1 cup)
Eggs: 4 Large Eggs
Vanilla Extract: 23 Grams (1.5 Tablespoons)
Salt: 1.5 Teaspoons
All Purpose Flour: 180 Grams (1.5 Cups)
Semisweet Chocolate: 324 Grams Or About (10.5oz To 11oz)

Instructions:
1.) Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13 by 9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal
2.) In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and set to the side
3.) Next Weigh Out 324 Grams Of Semisweet Dark Chocolate, then cut the 324 Grams of Chocolate into thin slivers
4.) In a large mixing bowl, Add 113 Grams (1 cup) Of Cocoa Powder & The Add 711 Grams (about 3.5 cups) of Granulated Sugar
5.) Gradually pour the warm butter into the Sugar & Cocoa mixture, whisking continuously until smooth and well combined until most of the Sugar dissolves
6.) Next add 4 Eggs to the Brownie mix & whisk the eggs in until well combined
7.) Add 23 Grams (1 .5 Tablespoons) Of Vanilla Extract into the Brownie mix until well combined.
8.) Next add 1.5 Teaspoons Of Kosher Salt & Whisk in until well combined
9.) Next add 180 Grams (1.5 Cups) of All Purpose Flour to our bowl
10.) Then add the Semisweet Chocolate slivers a little bit at a time to the bowl as you fold the Flour & the Chocolate in very gently
11.) Pour the Brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula
12.) Place Brownie Pan into the 350F Degree preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes. Be careful not to overbake, as you want the brownies to be fudgy & moist
13.) Remove the pan from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares
14.) Once cooled, slice the brownies into squares and serve. Enjoy your delicious fudgy brownies with a classic flaky top

Welcome back to another episode of Rico Soul rali eats and today we’re going to teach you how to make the ultimate chocolate fudge brownie from scratch using real chocolate we have here folks we have our homemade from scratch fudgy fudgy brownies out of the oven and they are ready to be eaten

Folks and just look at all the slippers of chocolate that we have throughout our brownies This recipe is for a 13×9 baking pan with that being said we’re going to need three sticks of unsalted butter or 340 G worth and you can melt this in a pan as I’m doing or or you can put it in the Microwave next we’re just going to lightly butter our baking Pan next we’ve added parchment paper to our baking pan and we’ll just make sure that it’s laying flat against the pan next we’re going to weigh 324 G of semisweet chocolate then we’re going to cut it into Slivers next we’re going to need 113 G of pure cocoa powder we’ll strain it get the lumps out and add it to our Bowl Next we’re going to add 711 G of granulated sugar and we’ll strain it also to make sure that there’s no lumps in it and then we’ll add it to our cocoa powder right After now it’s time to add our three sticks of unsalted butter we’ll mix the butter in with the sugar and the cocoa powder and we’ll mix it in until the sugar is fully dissolved and our brownie mix is not Grainy O Now it’s time to add our four eggs and we’ll whisk those eggs in pretty well Also next we’re going to add 23 g of vanilla extract to our brownie mixture and we’ll whisk it in next we’re going to add 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt and we’ll mix it In next we’re going to sift and add 180 g or a cup and a half of allpurpose flour 1880 grams of Flour now it’s time to add our semisweet chocolate that we cut into slivers earlier we’re going to gently fold this in with the flour until we see the flow no More Just adding the rest of our chocolate continue to fold Gently Next let’s layer our brownie mix into our baking pan and then we’ll try to spread it out as evenly as Possible we’ll now add the remaining chocolate slivers that we cut up earlier and we’ll spread it across the top of our Brownies the oven has invited our brownies in we’ll put these in our preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes Okay folks there’s our brownies fresh out of the Oven our brownies have cooled it is now time to slice Them All right folks there our Brownies you can see the chocolate there look at the chocolate inside it is absolutely Amazing chocolate everywhere here we are R Sol tell eats our brownies are out of the oven and I must tell you these things are so fudgy you can see the chocolate there the little slivers of chocolate that my wife cut up you see them there this thing is absolutely phenomenal phenomenal

Phenomenal so fudgy fudgy and fudgy it is delightful you have that nice little flaky patent crust there on the top just like you would draw it up folks just like you would draw it up there we are Rico Sol TI inats these are our homies from scratch fudge

Brownies and I must tell you they did not disappoint folks they did not disappoint bone Appetit peoples okay look at the chocolate in there you see it folks you see that Ooey gooiness in there right there on the side there you see that chocolate in there there we go folks bonea

Te here we are vle solid T eats what you’re looking at here are homemade fudge brownies fresh out together as you can see inside there they got the ouus you see the chocolate slivers right there we use a semisweet chocolate and I tell you everything is hidden on all cylinders Folks Here we are R so T eats and look we have here folks we have our homemade from scratch fudgy fudgy brownies out of the oven and they are ready to be eaten folks and just look at all the slivers of chocolate that we have throughout our brownies this is a super super chocolate

Chocolate this is a super stupid this is a super super chocolate te brownie it is absolutely amazing very very fudgy and uh very decadent very moist you would fall in love with from your first bike trust me and then you have that classic top flaky uh M of the top
