MedMix Grill first opened for business in 2017 in socal. Then in early 2022, MedMix moved to its current and more spacious location in Garden Grove. The halal restaurant offers popular Arabic foods packed with flavor such as Shawarma, Falafel, and Kabab.
During my first visit, I decided to go with the Mixed Shawarma plate which includes juicy slices of Chicken and Beef Shawarma, Arabic Yellow Rice, Salad, toasted Pita Bread, and Garlic and Tahini sauces. I also ordered seasoned Fries. Everything on my plate was delicious and I loved the fries. The food cost me about $28 and was enough to feed two adults.
Finally, MedMix ownership provided a verbal statement the restaurant only uses halal meat on their menu. Additionally, the halal restaurant does not sell alcohol.
