  5. Hello Brooklyn guys I just have to share with you that I made your rustic Italian bread today. In fact, I made two loaves have never made bread before and I want you to know it is absolutely amazing. It is perfect. My husband absolutely loves it. It’s delicious crispy on the outside Soft on the inside. I also made your your Italian dip, dipping sauce and my husband can’t stop eating it right now and we haven’t even eaten our dinner. Thank you so much it is truly truly delicious.

  6. It makes sense that you use sea salt, because that is what Italians many generations ago used.
I have different salts. I try to use Pink Himalayan fine salt because of the benefits, especially the electrolytes. I use table salt, iodinized. Some recipes require kosher salt, and it is also good on pretzels 🥨.

  7. Love your channel. You always do everything even better than professional chefs on tv food networks. I made your meatballs and tomato sauce. It was the best I've ever made in the 30+ years i have been making meatballs. I am salivating thinking about it. I cannot wait to make it again. I was just thinking about it yesterday 😂 😂
    God Bless you both.
    🥂

  8. Already ordered two T-Shirts and a BB apron. Got a message today it’s on its way. Can’t wait.
