Thinking next time of trying heavy cream before baking. These are made from scratch. If anyone has used heavy cream with rolls made from scratch has this changed your recipe or cooking temperature/time? Do you cover with foil?
The rolls aren’t really that brown, I “glazed” them with a light coating of butter/brown sugar/cinnamon.

These look delicious. I always go for a corner, too. Try cream cheese and confectioners sugar sometime for the glaze.
