Ingredients :

1 Chicken cut into pieces
2 seeded candied lemons
12 pitted black olives
4 cloves Garlic
2 sweet onions
1 tbsp. Ras-el-hanout soup
1 tbsp. tbsp Saffron threads
2 tbsp. tbsp Coriander
3 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Step 1: Cut the candied lemons into quarters.

Peel and slice the onions.

Step 2: Peel, degerm and crush the garlic cloves.

Cut the black olives into slices.

Step 3: Brown the chicken pieces in a casserole dish or tagine with the onions and olive oil. Add salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with ras-el-hanout and mix for a few minutes.

Step 4: Add the candied lemons, garlic and olive slices. Pour 20 cl of water.

Leave to cook for 40 minutes.
