➥Raspberry Coconut Lime Sparkling Water
◾️1 tbsp sugar free raspberry syrup
◾️2 packets True Lime
◾️Ice
◾️2 cans coconut La Croix

➥Green Smoothie
◾️1/2 cup frozen papaya
◾️1/2 cup frozen pineapple
◾️1 cup frozen spinach
◾️1/2 cup cucumber
◾️1/2 lemon, peeled
◾️Chunk of ginger
◾️2 tablespoons hemp seeds
◾️2 scoops vanilla coconut collagen
◾️1 teaspoon turmeric
◾️1/2 teaspoon black pepper
◾️8-10 ounces coconut water or plain water
◾️Optional: 1 scoop greens powder

➥Pancake Bites, Bacon, Fried Eggs
◾️Frozen pancake bites
◾️Bacon
◾️Eggs
◾️Avocado oil
◾️Salt and pepper
◾️Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
◾️Maple syrup
◾️Cool Whip
◾️Fresh fruit- strawberries & banana

Air fry pancake bites at 350 for 8ish minutes, or until crispy. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Add avocado oil to a pan, add in the eggs and fry until yolks are cooked through to your liking. Season eggs with s&p, and hot sauce. Serve bacon, eggs, and pancake bites with syrup, cool whip, and fruit.

◾️Marinated chicken
◾️Sweet potato
◾️Mixed greens
◾️Raw veggies
◾️Blue cheese
◾️Balsamic vinaigrette
◾️Avocado oil
◾️Butter
◾️Salt
Cook chicken in a pan with avocado oil. Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 425 for 60-75 minutes, or until soft, then cut in half and add salt and butter. Chop your salad veggies and add to mixed greens. Add blue cheese and vinaigrette.

◾️Italian breadcrumbs

◾️Broccoli/green beans
◾️Salt & pepper

◾️Dipping sauces
Steam veggies in a pot using a steamer insert, then season with butter and salt. Pat dry salmon then cut into strips. Add eggs to one bowl, flour to another, and breadcrumbs to a third bowl. Dunk salmon in the egg, then flour, then breadcrumbs, and fry in a pan with oil. Cook for 2-4 min per side. Serve with steamed veggies and your choice of dipping sauce.

Pat dry cod then coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in avocado oil for 8-10 minutes per side. Serve with remaining ingredients.

Sauce diced mushrooms in a pan with oil. Season with s&p. Warm tortillas in a separate pan, then add Oaxaca cheese and the sautéed mushrooms. Fold tortilla in half and cook until cheese is melted.

Add everything to a food processor and mix until combined. Place in fridge to thicken, and top with fresh fruit/nuts/cacao nibs.

Best Yum super duper easy quick Meal He okay I feel like there’s so many things that went wrong with this meal and so many things that I was trying to like modify and make changes to I have never had Korean cold noodle I didn’t have cucumber I didn’t have pickled radish I

Couldn’t find it I went to like a Korean Mark market and they didn’t have it either but this is this is what the end project looks like I added Tofu for a little bit more protein and then I did bacon cuz I didn’t have pork belly

So I have no idea what to expect or if this is going to be good I feel like it won’t be terrible but I don’t know let’s try it noodles are good and spicy for sure tofu this is my first time ever cooking tofu and I had firm tofu with the intent

  2. I've never seen anyone put half in half in soda, but I'm so curious now. I am also an eater of the skin of the sweet potato! This is giving bob ross of cooking/what I eat in a week. Soothing to watch it all come together, and if something doesn't go according to plan you just laugh and it's all ok ♥

  3. The most realistic video I’ve seen! It never even crossed my mind to eat the sweet potato skin but I’ll definitely try it since I love baked potato skin.
