High protein pancakes 🥞

Suitable for any toppings. (Cream cheese and caviar 🤌🏻)

4 eggs

30 g almond flour

30 g protein powder

50 g cream cheese

1 g xanthan gum

1 g baking powder

10 g avocado oil

Sweetener as desired

Pinch of salt (for savory toppings)

1 g vanilla extract (for sweet toppings)

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Cook on both sides on low heat in a frying pan. Exact cooking time depends, so experiment and find what works for your stove.

The note about whey protein. I use neutral taste of whey protein isolate, and the serving of 30 g contains about 2g carbs. Since I consume if with fats, and I don’t eat all pancakes in one sitting, it doesn’t affect my ketosis and it fits my diet.
