This however is the one that blows me out of the water every time. I can’t possibly do this recipe justice with words so you will just have to make it. So let’s get cooking…….

Well hello there my name is John from cooking around the world I decided a while back now to try and cook one or two or even three dishes from every country in the world okay this is what we’re going to be making today for Country number 39 is this Divine Singapore citrus salad

Now this is part of a collaboration as well with 11 other Cooks from around the world a list of those dishes is in my description box so get along and check them out as well right let’s get on and make this delicious citrus salad let’s start with our

Ingredients well we’ve got some tofu here mushrooms red capsican naval orange minced ginger fish sauce Chell flakes balsamic vinegar baby spinach leaves sesame seeds sesame oil cucumber soy sauce lime juice spring onions M bean sprouts red onion strawberries and some raw sugar how we going to make this into a

Meal well let’s start with getting this tofu mushroom RS and capsicum into a frying pan firstly in with a little bit of rice bran oil about a tablespoon should be fine while the pan is heating up we can make the dressing let’s start with some sesame seed oil about a

Teaspoon then we’ve got a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar half a teaspoon of minced ginger one teaspoon a fresh lime juice oh the smell of that lime juice be now teaspoon of brown sugar and some toasted sesame seeds which I’ve mixed in with them right now a teaspoon of soy

Sauce I’m using a low sodium soy sauce for this one and a teaspoon of fish sauce and let’s stir that all together and then we’ll pop it in the fridge to cool down right the pan is up to speed now in with our tofu oh that’s a bit loud isn’t it now

In with our capsicum and onions added to this will be our red chili flakes cook this until the Tapo is brown on most of the sides right let’s start building our salad in with our baby spinach leaves then our mung bean sprouts cucumber beautiful oh smells delicious onion

Now I’m not that big a fan of raw onion but red onion I really love especially in contrast to other flavors strawberries there we go now our tofu mushrooms and red csan we’re going to add in there well already I am far too hungry for this beautiful Salad right let’s get the dressing in there here’s our dressing try and get it over that tofu delicious absolutely delicious now oranges let’s get this over here we’ve got the lime juice in the dressing you can add some more lime juice if you wish be my guest and then some spring

Onions and there you have it a Singapore citrus salad absolutely Divine I think I better get a fork now right I’ve got my Fork get some of that taper as well and they dressing some red onion oh my God that’s amazing oh my Lord you have got to try

This je was Grievous I knew it was going to be good but that’s Sensational thank you so much for watching and I will catch you on the next recipe okay this is what we’re going to be making today Buona or Vietnamese noodles um vietnames rather vietnames right now we’ve got the

Leak cut it in half down Center like this I think we’re going to have to start that again well all I’ve done here is flatten out that uh ground beef and um we’ll give that about 3 minutes at a very high temperature on one side and about two on the other right it’s

Um stop talking okay and first all we do is me the uh bur no that’s not what it first now we’re going to make the r I’ve got um 40 G of butter in there I’m going to add 4 tblspoon of flour to that after I’ll put the onions in

  3. Hey brother. I seriously SUCK!!!! I got the ties all screwed up… That salad looks amazing. I am ready to see you work your magic! I am not a fan of bean sprouts. I just don't like the taste. I am on board with everything else.. OK, you eat the bean sprouts and I will eat everything else.. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁. Love the different colors and the seasoned tofu and dressing bring this all together. The citrus brings some natural sweetness and freshness to the dish too. Splendid job brother. Sandee
