This is a wonderfully colourful salad including marinated red onion, heritage tomatoes, feta, black olives, a lemon vinaigrette, topped with a sprinkling of nigella seeds. Enjoy!

So just happens to be my favorite and then I put a sprinkling of mint over it and a little bit more olive oil and I’m going to put a little bit of this lemon vinegarette not too much just a little sprinkling of it the nigela seeds which

I think we could just finish it off nicely little bit of decoration that’s actually good for you as well there you have it this is my very healthy on plan chick pea and FTI
