This was a super-easy meal to prepare,, and we liked it so much! Plus, I see routine posts about small quantities of ingredients, small servings. This made so much potato salad, I actually anticipated we'd have leftovers and just brought it to the table in a serving bowl. Oh, and added bonus: all ingredients readily available in grocery store! Easy target to duplicate. 🙂
