A very quick but tasty breaded shrimp cooked on our 22” Weber Kettle. So easy but delicious! Give it a try !

Hey welcome back everybody a quick and I mean quick simple recipe for you today uh we’re going to be doing some shrimp skewers uh we’re going to panco breadcrumb them we’re going to do them a little different you saw the ingredients let’s quit talking let’s start cooking

All right here you see it nice and easy we got our peeled and vein shrimp they are raw their tail on we have our garlic infused oil right here into the next Bowl we’re just going to take regular breadcrumbs and some Gator Shake now this is a garlic herb

Breadcrumb so we are definitely going to be getting plenty of garlic on this dish but that’s all right and of course Gator Shake good get a couple tablespoons of that in there we’re going to get a fork mix this up real good and we’ll bring it

Right back and just like that here we go shrimp in oil in the breadcrumbs that’s all we’re going to do rinse and repeat so let me get the rest of these done up I promise you a quick video I’m telling you it’s going to be a quick

Video we’re going to get these skewed I do have a couple metal skewers wood handle we’ll show you how to do that on the kettle because everything we’re doing today guys we’re doing on the Weber kettle all right as I mentioned we are cooking on the 22in

Kettle what we are going to do now very simply take one of our skewers go through the body and the tail of the shrimp to hold it better and we’re going to see see how many we fit on a skewer I’m guessing we’re going to get about six or

Eight so let’s get these skewed up real quick and they might spin on you a little bit but you’re only going to flip them once so let’s see there we go we’re going to put six on a skewer so we’re going to get these two skewers done we’ll get everything

Uh uh ready to go the kettle’s coming up to Temp we’re going to do them indirect so we don’t burn everything um we don’t want to get too toasty on the pen Co so let me get the other one done I’ll bring it back when we’re ready to go to the

Kettle there you have them all secured up ready to go we might hit these with a little avocado oil something like that just a spray maybe a little another dusting of the Gator shake what do you think uh these R 1622 colossal shrimp is what the bag said I don’t know about

Colossal but they’re they’re good size so let’s go check the kettle and let’s get them on okay Kettle is sitting right at 300 let’s get the lid off here real quick set it on the old drum here we go two of our skewers you know what we’re going to we’re going to tap

Fate keep the wood in there A lot of times I’ll lay it over the the lip here but since we’re cooking indirect I think we’re going to be all right we’re going to get the lid on we’re going to check these in about 3 minutes come out flip them and

We’re cooking them until we can see the shrimp just turned pink and we know they’re done all right it’s been 3 minutes still right at 300 oh yeah let’s give these a quick flip another 3 minutes we’re going to check them hopefully we’re done there you have it colossal breaded

Shrimp on the Weber kettle we have some of the Terry hose yum yum sauce you saw that picture earlier there 3 3 and 1/2 minutes aside uh we’re running just over 300° these look perfect can’t wait to give them to the wife so I get her

Opinion on them I think she’s going to love them uh now instead of the Terry hose you can also use a marinara a tartar whatever sauce sauce of your preference so there you have it guys breaded shrimp on the Weber kettle using some Gator Shake nice quick easy

Impress your family impress your friends see yall next time
