Chicken and rice soup in an Instant Pot

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound shredded cooked chicken
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 ribs of celery, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
6 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup rice

1.  Select saute on your instant pot and add the olive oil. Add garlic, onion, celery, and carrots. Stir and cook until onions are translucent.

2.  Add thyme, rosemary, broth, and writes. Secure the lid and make sure the valve is sealed. Select pressure cook, and set timer for six minutes.

3.  When timer sounds, let the pressure release naturally for at least 10 minutes. Release the steam valve.  Enjoy!
