Salad Ingredients:
8 cups Watermelon, cubed
1 lb Feta, cubed
1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves, chiffonade
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Za’atar

za’atar seasonsing:
4 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
2 tablespoons ground sumac
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
