Zest of 1 small orange

Hi welcome to Lin’s recipes today I’m going to make some chocolate fondue sauce this would be a great dessert to serve for Valentine’s Day the amounts of the ingredients that you’re going to need to make this recipe will be listed in the information box below or you can find it on the website
The ingredients are heavy whipping cream orange zest these are dark chocolate chips you could use regular chocolate chips or some other kind of dark chocolate if you prefer vanilla extract instant coffee granules confectioner sugar and cocoa powder to start I’m going to put my whipping cream in my
Saucepan and we’re going to heat this up and we’re not going to boil it and we’re gonna do it over medium heat pour this in and turn this on and we’re going to let it start heating up my milk is steaming in the hot now so
I’m going to add my chocolate chips and we’re just gonna whisk these until they melt my chocolate chips are all melted so now I’m going to add the rest of the ingredients and I’m gonna start with the zest of the orange the coffee the cocoa powder get it all out of there my
Powdered sugar and my vanilla I’m just going to whisk this until it’s all smooth all of my ingredients have been incorporated and now I’m ready to serve I’m going to serve this with strawberries and pound cake cubes now you could serve with marshmallows you could use orange segments you could use
Sliced bananas whatever you like to put into chocolate would be great with this so now I’m going to take my fondue and put it in this bowl and you can tell it’s getting a little thicker as it cools off but it is a fondue sauce so
It’s going to be a little bit thinner than your custom to for chocolate fondue this is chocolate fondue sauce I hope you enjoy it you
