Piece of everything so I can kind of do an odd Topsy on the plate I’m going to go start collecting ingredients SE one grab what you know every ingredient that the chefs need to recreate this dish can be found in the Hell’s Kitchen Store room I just don’t know what this small

Dice is okay just over 15 minutes to go yes chef the Duos must now figure out the final component in Chef Ramsay’s dish the sauce is the going to be the hardest part there’s like one flavor we’re missing in the sauce what is it it’s like orangey I taste the sauce and

I know it’s a very strong Citrus but it’s also very sweet you can add more of the mango if you want I knew that it wasn’t quite fullon mango flavor but it wasn’t registering to me what it was was that this or this so we end up going

With star fruit what about the passion fruit as soon as I start cutting open the passion fruit yes yeah bang I’m feeling secure about that 3 minutes to go for the key ingredient in the sauce each team has chosen something different Ariel and Van are using star fruit Kevin and tanil

Pork Maybe I’m Wrong vas no pork is also not a very important dish in Indian Cuisine because of the lot of Muslims which live in India so my protein choice would probably not be served chicken seafood oh my God why did I pick pork right off the bat my protein screwed me

Respecting the cuisine and the people I would have gone a little safer with that well definitely do respect the people and that’s why I avoided beef but now I know to avoid pork as well um Thomas I thought the for not having worked with these spices it actually Blended very well together

  3. Dave seems to be one of the coolest people on HK and he fought tooth and nail to the finale and deservedly won. He could definitely teach S4's Matt a thing or two! Seeing Kevin sprain both ankles made me wince at 1:28; having sprained both of my own ankles (though at 2 different times) and it's so easily done. I can imagine how painful that would have been for him to have to walk on both after doing that! 😬😮
