Brussel sprouts, brava sauce, garlic aioli, pine nut bread crumb.
Have a love hate for this one easy to plate, boring and basic, massive seller and huge profit margin what do you all think?

Sounds tasty as hell. This is just me, but if i were served this, I would be very happy. It still looks tidy (i.e., you don’t have crumbs spilled all over the plate and the Brussels sprouts are gathered together in a single, contiguous mass) and the aioli adds a nice contrast.

I really like it, and I almost never say this but get something bright and green on top and I think it will pop a little more. Maybe a little gremolata or something.

Sounds extremely tasty and I think the plating is clean. The aioli sets it apart from most Brussels Sprouts dishes. Crispy Brussels and brava sauce, hell yeah!
