Had some leftover beef mince, corned beef, black pudding and cabbage.

Throw the cabbage in a pan with beef dripping, and an onion. Soften, add finely chopped garlic, don’t burn the garlic! Deglaze the pan with the vinegar or red wine. Add some chopped tomatoes and cook until really thick.

Transfer to an oven dish. I then top with cauliflower mash and cheese and grill for 5 minutes.

Let it cool and jobs a gooden; three meals prepared in less than an hour.
