A simple recipe without flour and without baking. A very tasty dessert that I prepare very often. A combination of the flavors of mascarpone and cottage cheese.

For the cheesecake base:
cocoa 40 g.
cookies 210 g.
butter 90 g.

For the cheesecake layers:
mascarpone cheese 250 g.
cottage cheese 350 g.
cream 100 g.
sugar 140 g.
vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
chocolate 80 g.
gelatin 25 g.
water (for diluting gelatin) 100 g.

For decoration:
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
Cream 100 g / 3.53 oz

Gelatin 25 g / 0.88 oz. Water 100 ml / 3.52 oz. Stir thoroughly. Leave to swell for 8-10 minutes. Biscuits 210 g / 7.41 oz. Cocoa 40 g / 1.41 oz. Stir thoroughly. Melted butter 90 g / 3.17 oz. Stir thoroughly.

Cover the bottom with cling film. Mold diameter 24 cm / 9.45 in. Tamp the bottom and sides well. Put in the refrigerator . Put the gelatin on low heat. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Allow to cool slightly. Chocolate 80 g / 2.82 oz. Melt over low heat.

Cottage cheese 350 g / 12.35 oz. Mascarpone cheese 250 g / 8.82 oz. Sugar 140 g / 4.94 oz. Cream 100 ml / 3.52 oz. Beat until smooth and creamy. Divide into 2 parts. Vanilla sugar 1 tsp. Add the cooled chocolate.
