Boy does this sandwich look appetizing. Yes no doubt the sweetness of the peach, the saltiness of the prosciutto and the savory of the cheeses with melted butter is a flavour sensation.
I'm definitely going to make this. The only thing that could done better would be to wrap the sandwich in prosciutto. But I wouldn't recommend that even as good as it sounds.
