    Y’all gotta stop with the paper plates! You go to all the trouble of prepping a beautiful meal and slap it on paper. Do you honestly not have a real plate?

    it’s been 11 years since i last tasted a “santa maria style” tri-tip. west kentucky doesn’t seem to know about this cut. (or beef back ribs God help me 😞)
