If you want to make something really special and make it taste like you’re in a seafood restaurant, then you’re in for a treat. In this video, I’m making an incredible seafood risotto packed with crab, prawns, and mussels. I really can’t tell you enough how delicious this recipe is.

Before cooking the mussels, it’s important to clean them. I always put them in in salted water first. This will help to remove any sand that may be inside the mussels.

I used a homemade lobster stock for the risotto, but you can use any type of seafood stock or even chicken stock. Make sure you add the hot stock little by little, and let the rice absorb the liquid in between. And remember to keep stirring.

This dinner is perfect for a date, cozy family dinner, birthday party, or any other type of celebration. Or, if you just want to treat yourself to something delicious after a long week. Enjoy!
