I used spicy pork sausage and cauliflower rice for the filling, with some sautéed chopped white onions, carrot matchsticks, and chopped jalapeños. Boil the cabbage leaves for 1-2 minutes and then hold under cold water to stop them from cooking. Fill them with whatever toppings, roll like an egg roll, and cook them in a skillet on both sides!
