Ingredients:

1. Fresh or frozen blueberries
2. Frozen ripe banana- 1 slice banana
3. Milk (or any milk of your choice)
4. Honey- 2 Tbsp.
5. Yogurt – 2 Tbsp.
6. Chia Seeds – 2Tbsp
7. Rolled Oats – 2 Tbsp.
8. Ice Cubes – 1 Cup
9. Vanilla essence (optional)- 1 tsp
10. Garnish – Pumpkin and mint Leaves

Instructions:

1. Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.
2. In a blender, add the banana chunks, frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract (if using), Rolled Oats , Chia seeds.
3. If you prefer a thicker consistency or a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if necessary.
5. Once fully blended, pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a few extra blueberries or Rolled Oats or any seeds you like.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy the deliciousness!
