Ingredients:

3/4 cup Maida All-purpose Flour

1 ¼ Cup Quick Oats

½ Cup Sugar

1/8 tsp Salt

½ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Nut Meg

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Veg Oil

1 Tbsp Water

1 tsp Vanilla

1 Stick of Soft butter or 1/2 Cup Soft butter (on the video it says soft brown sugar pardon my typo)

Instructions:

1. Combine all the dry ingredients

2. Combine all wet ingredients ( Butter + Oil + Water + Vanilla)

3. Scoop it with an Ice-cream Scooper place on the tray with Butter-Parchment paper 2 inch apart.

4. Bake in pre heated oven 350 F/176 C for 18 Min
