Don’t sweat making octopus at home – super easy peasy and will impress even your teenager – mine was. Just get a cleaned octopus from your fish monger and get it simmering with the seasoning mentioned…or others. It takes about 1-1.5 hr for a 3-4lb octopus. You want it knife tender, then cooled (even overnight) and grill for flavor and look!

I paired this with squash ravioli in a brown butter sage sauce – super easy.

We had a great dinner last night guys I made an octopus and some pasta pick up your whole big octopus about three pounds put into some water start off with some Rosemary lemon bay leaves fresh garlic from the garden peppercorn salt and I tossed in some herbs of pant

Add in those ingredients put a lid on it and get it simmering for about an hour until fork tender you want to let it cool chop it up coat it with olive oil salt pepper toss it on the grill it was snowing out here but you want to get it

Nice and hot so you get a quick Char it’s already cooked plate it and serve it Sonic vinegar and parsley and homemade chabata bread to compliment the winter theme we had some squash ravioli with a brown butter Sage sauce top with parmesano cheese enjoy for more food fun
