Hello welcome to another edition of eat the week um I’m doing breakfast wraps this morning even though it’s not this morning in your world it might be this morning but in my world it’s this afternoon cuz uh had a late night last one and uh you know let’s let’s let’s do

Brunch everyone so I’m going to show you what I’m going to make right so I’m going to do breakfast wraps so using you know not stereotypical ingredients apart from the Richmonds I really like the fin sausages they’re really nice so instead of bacon I’m using Sano ham I’m going to have

Eggs and we are going to have some Cur and I’m not going to melt that on the anything because it it just kind of slices down and then for a little bit of spice I’m going to go with Chipotle unusually I’m going to leave out the uh

Jalapeno no or would that disappoint you I don’t know but I think I want to taste that cheese and the Sausages and the ham and just have that I mean I’ve got a hot sauce and it’s a smoky one so it will have a nice Smoky flavor so let’s go for

It shall we to the air fryer are in I used a bit of that grease poof paper at the bottom just to be Posh and I’m cooking with the power of the Sun so I’m using my all powers uh generator cuz we’ve had some sunshine

Here uh in the last few days even though it’s been a bit chilly and and I’m going to use a camping gas St so if you’ve got access to solar power and you’re Campa this could all be done outside but I’m just choosing not to at the moment cuz

To be honest I’m still in my dressing gown but here we go all the Sano hams on and there’s the cambert oh no there’s some left over I realize that making these and portioning out stuff over the years just really appeals to my neuros spiciness there’s something um quite OCD

About food prep you may have noticed you may not sometimes I can be lazy but when I’m making something like this I like to be quite I don’t know just uh yeah I like to be have it all leveled out and framed and beautiful but look there’s

Going in my mouth hole oh I think the first thing that hit me was the texture the camur and which is slightly melted which is really nice oh so it’s can I get yeah so they’re slightly melted it’s really it’s that is absolutely amazing you’ve got the the Sano ham

That’s really good good as well that’s good another bite M mhm that Dodge it for me I did some with stilen the other day and that was really nice cuz it’s really strong flavors stilen and chili and uh and bacon but this these sausage ones it tastes really post I’m not
