Only vegan item on the menu at the restaurant in my work building. Had to ask for salsa verde to liven it up a bit but it was solid.

Doesn’t look terrible. Also, doesn’t look worth the arm and a leg I’m sure it was liable to cost.
Better than the Caesar salad without cheese and fries I am stuck eating everywhere in the Midwest.
