  1. Aahh! Stew! Every country makes its own. We have 3 types of meat stew all made with lamb. One with okra (my favorite) the second with pumpkin and last with yellow split peas. All aromatic flavors got their own characteristics. Love how succulent okra gets when fully cooked.
