  1. Many European countries have some type of crepe. In Polish and Ukrainan cuisine, there is nalesniki, which are crepes filled with cottage cheese and dill. That is a very good use of the crepes. Le crêpes erano facili da fare per me a quell'età, ma non potranno mai sostituire una vera e propria Pizza.
