i wanted to try out a new recipe today and i went with the pick-your-pan pizza recipe by king arthur baking company. i followed the recipe exactly and topped my dough with homemade pizza sauce, homemade vegan mozzarella (used the liquid mozzarella recipe by veganricha), baby spinach i tossed with a tiny bit of olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic powder, crushed red chili flakes, sliced black olives, and banana peppers. this was so good and the crust was so thick and fluffy!
