What kind of fish are these?

I ordered a sushi entree that didn’t specificy the fish, just what the chef picks. I usually get salmon, tuna and yellowtail but I wanted to explain my horizons. I’ve never seen these fish before. They were tasty but idk what they were. Help would be appreciated. Thank you
