Final batch of the noodles I made 10 days ago. They were actually delicious and held up in the soup so well. Good to know the noodles can sit in the fridge for that long.

No, not a metal bowl! This way too much heat is lost during eating! Get a nice, thick ceramic bowl, they will keep your Ramen hot!
