Aromaki. The only sushi that i have been eating since i first tasted it. It makes my stomach growl just looking at it
Why is there no mention of Aromaki on the sub?
Alsoi always think that if sushi tastes this good in my country. I wonder how it would taste in japan.

I have never encountered this before. What is the wrap on the outside made of?

Hmm my guess to why it’s not mentioned is probably because it’s not really an established type of sushi. At least not the name Aromaki
The only reference I can find on the internet is from Moroccan websites
Dufusbroth
WOW. That looks really good. Is that tabago and a little cream cheese?

Is that crab stick rolled up right under the rice paper?
Looks amazing!

That looks delicious, but the reason it’s not on this sub is probably a combination of it being a regional thing, and the fact that it’s technically not sushi (no shari). It doesn’t have to be sushi to be on this sub, like sashimi, but stuff that is technically sushi is more common than other raw fish dishes.
