I’m pretty happy with this being the first time I’ve done this but always looking for improvements. This came from a starter I used the binging with babish method and recipe except flour I only used unbleached enriched flour. (Looking forward to trying other types like rye flour). I don’t have bannetons so it was just in a bowl with a kitchen towel overnight. Then baked 20 min 500 in a Dutch oven with lid on then about 20-30 min lid off at 450. Let me know what you all think!!
