I gift bread a lot too. I just love when food you’ve lovingly made makes others happy. My cousin’s wife has a special needs cousin, and I gifted him some honey butter rolls, and now he requests them often, and it makes my heart happy to make him some.

When I am trying out a new recipe or a new technique, I have made so much bread sometimes that I stand out front of my house and look for neighbors to give bread to. Everyone at my office gets a loaf or two. I love bread, but I love baking it and giving it away even more.
