There are so many ways to enjoy burrata. It’s become enormously popular in my restaurants and I’m always looking for ways to serve it seasonally to give it new, fresh flavor. Today’s recipe is for Burrata Salad with Grilled Peaches. It really showcases the flavor of fresh spring peaches and arugula. I grill the peaches to enhance their flavors because the heat caramelizes their juices. I can’t tell you how much this adds to the dish. However, if you don’t have a grill, serving this with fresh, ripe peach slices will still taste wonderful.

The salad in this dish is simply arugula tossed with a balsamic glaze. The main flavors of the dish are meant to be the creamy burrata and the peaches. Together they have a slightly savory peaches and cream effect. I really encourage everyone to get a forkful of peaches and burrata with a touch of balsamic and arugula in each bite. You’ll love it!

Grilling peaches can be somewhat tricky so it’s okay to do this prior to assembling the dish if you need extra time to get them set. Be sure to peel the peaches prior to grilling, you don’t want their fuzzy skins to be part of this dish. Then grill them carefully, making sure each side gets grill marks and is warmed all the way through. Finally, transfer them to a platter to cool while you assemble the salad.

Once you get used to making this salad in the spring it will become a mainstay. It’s great to serve as a starter at a dinner party or place on a grazing table. Your guests can scoop a little cheese and peach onto their plate to enjoy with the rest of their meal. You can even make this a main course by simply serving some grilled chicken or shrimp on the side. No matter how you serve it, this beautiful salad is going to become a mainstay on your table this spring. Enjoy!

Today we’re going to make this delicious Bara salad with arugula and grilled Peaches to get started on making our Bara and grilled Peach salad we’re going to start with grilling our peaches so I’m just going to brush a little bit of olive oil put them right down on a nice hot pan of course if you have the outside grill you could use that as well

Everybody has mixed reviews on if how they feel about fruit in a salad so I would love for you to leave me a comment below I want to know do you love fruit in your salad or do you not so I love grilling fruit but I know tons of people

That do not they think salad needs to be only vegetables I disagree you let me know what you think so now that our peaches have been grilled I’m going to put them right on this PL dis plate and we’re going to go assemble our salad so we have here our arugula

Grilled peaches and our Bara so before I assemble the salad we’re going to make our dressing so we’re going to use a jar I always tell you it’s so easy to make all of your dressings in these jars cuz you can shake it up you can make it

Ahead of time time and then that way you’re ready to assemble your salad so we’re going to do equal parts of olive oil and balsamic reduction I’m eyeballing it here but it’s about 1/4 cup of Each so we’re going to do balsamic Reduction and olive oil then we’re going to take a tablespoon of honey and I’m going to do about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a little less than 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and so like I said you can make this ahead of time before you’re assembling the salad take it in a jar

Airtight Shake It Up and our dressing’s ready so now assembling our salad so we have our arugula I’m making this in a platter rather rather than a bowl cuz it presents really well this way and it looks really pretty so if you’re doing like a buffet and you’re

Having people over this will look great on the platter so then we’re going to do two pieces of Bara I’m going to put these down and I’m just going to kind of cut them open there a little beautiful and then we have our grilled peaches put them all over the

Salad and this salad actually would be perfect if you wanted to add some nuts for crunch my kids are allergic so I’m not doing that in this recipe but you’re more than welcome to add anything to this but look how pretty and like this looks so refreshing this looks so great
