How far can we push the definition of Sushi here? Can I post the ceviche I plan on making?

I feel like this isn’t a chirashi, more of a fusion salad with raw salmon.
Chirashi usually implies raw fish on top of a bowl of seasoned sushi rice. Which is different than a don that is on top of plain cooked rice. Of which, this is neither.
It’s like changing noodles to chick peas and still calling it spaghetti.
