I’ve sprinkled some crushed up Doritos on my sushi before. It was actually pretty good. Added some crunchy textures and flavor didn’t ruin the sushi roll. Kinda like adding tempura crunchy or French fried onion pieces on the roll

In Southeast Asia, I’ve seen these as nori/seaweed flavored Lays, not ‘sushi’
