Canned oil-packed sardines I simmered in tomato sauce, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro on freshly baked baguettes with some mayo. Delicious!

ughhhh this sandwich is top 3 reasons I miss living in portland oregon so much. There was a drive thru bahn mi shop within 5 minutes of me. I had the sardine at least once a week, and it was like $5. I miss Best Baguette so much 😭
