Ingredients

2-3 May turnips
1 cucumber
1 handful of chives
2-3 stalks of dill
2 stalks of parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
100g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp crème fraîche
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
1 tsp honey
sea-salt
Black pepper

May turnips, cucumber, radish, Chives, dill and parsley, Mix Greek yogurt, crème fraîche, vinegar, mustard, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper until smooth, Stir the yoghurt dressing into the turnip salad.
