Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
White rice ( long grain)
Chicken broth ( reduced sodium)
Cambells Cream of Chicken Soup
( Family size)
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
( removing thicker stems, halving bigger florets)
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
Minced Garlic (4 cloves)
Fresh chopped Parsley (1 Tbsp)
Minced onion ( 1 Tbsp)
or 1/4 cup diced White Onions
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 Degrees
Cooktime: 15 minutes

Cook 1 1/4 cup of white rice ( Instant rice works great, too)
Mince 4 cloves Fresh Garlic
Chop 1 Tbsp fresh Parsley
Dice 1/4 cup white onion or have 1 Tbsp dry Minced onion

Cut chicken breast into small chunks

Drizzle Olive oil into pan
Put chicken breast into heated pan
Cook until no longer pink about 10 minutes
Drain any excess liquid from pan
Season chicken with salt and pepper about 1/4 Tbsp each

Put Minced garlic into pan with the chicken
( If using white onion, put it in as well)
Cook 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant
Pour 1 cup chicken broth into pan with the chicken

Mix in Cream of Chicken soup
Mix in 1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
Mix in 1 Tbsp dry Mince Onion
Cover and cook for 10 minutes medium heat
Add broccoli florets
Stir, Cover and cook for additional 5 minutes
Mix in precooked white rice
Mix in 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Stir, Cover and cook for additional 5 minutes
Grease 9×13 casserole dish
Put 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top

Put 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs on top of the cheese layer (optional)
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is nice and melted , and breadcrumbs are lightly browned
