Stuffed shells

    I’ll share my recipe for stuffed shells:

    15 oz ricotta

    3 cups grated mozzarella

    1/3 cup grated Parmesan

    1 egg

    1 bunch Italian parsley finely chopped

    Roughly 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon black pepper

    Boil shells for 8 minutes (not quite al dente)

    Stuff shells with aforementioned mixture

    Cover in sauce of choice

    Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes

    Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes
