RECIPES:
Famous Guacamole:
Red Onion , Avocados, Cherry Tomatoes, Coriander, Lime Juice, Tabasco, Salt and Pepper. Chop onions finely. Scoop avocados into a bowl and chop for a chunky guac. Finely chop cherry tomatoes and pop them in. A good lashing of tabasco and lots of salt& pepper. Squeeze your lime juice & chopped coriander. Make sure it is all incorporated without smooshing the avocado. Serve into your bowl and top with coriander & a whole chilli for decoration.

Moroccan Lamb:
Rub your lamb shoulders with apricot harissa, cumin, cinnamon and oregano. Place 500ml of chicken stock at the bottom of the dish. Wrap the dish tightly and place in the oven at 210 for half an hour. Then, cook low and slow at 150 for a further 3 hours. REST!! Shred lamb once done, top with pomegranate seeds and flaked almonds on a bed of lambs lettuce. DELISH.

Fennell Gratin:
Par boil Fennell, pour over double cream and lashings of gruyere. Bake until the gruyere is golden and bubbly.

Crumble:
Chopped apple & rhubarb with 4tbs of port, sprinkle of golden caster sugar, hint of vanilla essence in a saucepan. Stew on low heat for 10 mins until it is soft but not mushy. For topping, rub flour, butter & sugar between your fingers. Sprinkle your topping on top of your rhubarb & apple just before it goes in the oven.

Windy one but it is absolutely W to wall Sunshine with the most beautiful bright blue skies now I wish today was actually tomorrow so today is Saturday morning and we have just finished filming the scrumptious table now last night I facetimed the boss and the boss said

That I actually had created the most breathtaking table however the napkins were ruining it for her so my mother aka the boss uh told me that the napkins needed to be the other way around and now looking at it I can’t believe I even did it that way anyway um I also just

Want to make a statement here and now about the an enemy animon from living in Belgium and Germany I just don’t know what is wrong with me I cannot say the English way so I probably got a lot of subscribers out there who were screaming at their television screens or phones or

Tomorrow they will be in full bloom just look at those animon AKA an enemies um anyway I just I’m so happy with the way that it turned out and just so that you can see the napkins have now been turned the other way around which is apparently the right way

We’ve got those gorgeous ribbons at the bottom and it is looking absolutely beautiful now I feel like the luckiest lady alive I have had the most thoughtful and beautiful delivery from one of my favorite Brands I didn’t know they were coming and I just feel so lucky so I actually unboxed it thinking

La cruset dish there goes all the mini eggs and they have turned out so well they’re so gooey yet they are cooked and just perfection and then I actually created a couple of beautiful little vases for the guest bedroom I am so excited about our guests arriving who are staying the night

Tomorrow night because they are coming from afar I am absolutely obsessed with the setup I’m also loving this dress with the whole color scheme I think it really really goes I just tried to balance my elbow on the chair because when you’re holding the camera up here

But oh it’s really sore it’s really sore um oh gosh it is literally black and blue anyway it taught me a very very big lesson I think you know there are silver linings to come out of all of these things and hopefully I gave you guys a

Going to go over before the main event pop them outside somewhere cold and somewhere dark and then go and check them a couple of hours later because they go and literally they’re like team it’s free out here and they literally close up shop and it actually takes a

She’s one of my best best friends she was here for Valentines and she’s just she’s just the greatest and then who else have we got oh we’ve got Alex and Andy so Alex and Andy are staying the night tomorrow night so that we can let our hair down and have some fun anywh

Who well today is all about prep Mark has actually just popped to Henley to collect the lamb shoulders we are going to be doing the most delicious Moroccan pulled lamb shoulders it’s not traditional but it is absolutely delicious and it’s it’s just a crowd pleaser everybody loves it and it’s

Absolutely mouthwatering and then we’re going to be doing sort of a lot of sides that go with it so we’re going to be doing Moroccan spiced vegetables with cuscus we’re going to have new potatoes with mint we’re going to be doing fennel Graton um what else what else what else

Oh green beans and then I’m thinking of doing something cheesy with a sprout I do love a brussel sprout although they do make me a bit windy but it doesn’t matter don’t worry about that um so those are all of the sides I feel like I’m missing something

But anyway if I am I will be sharing it with you later on in the Vlog and then puddings I feel like I’m most excited about puddings so I will be making my famous hot cross bun bread and butter pudding so if you have sort of those

Sort of slightly over little bit crusty maybe stale Hot Cross Buns that you haven’t eaten uh first of all I don’t know how you have eaten them cuz they don’t stick around for long in my household but I love to actually pop them into an amazing almost a casserole

Dish you want to squid them all in and then you pour double cream and marmalade and oh just it is outrageous and then I will be making a classic rhubarb crumble we’ve got brownies we’ve got dark chocolate cornflake Easter cups there’s so much and it’s going to be absolutely

Abely incredible so I’m just so excited I um I wasn’t actually anticipating picking up the camera today but I just felt like I couldn’t not the sun is shining I’m in the best mood my elbow is fine I’ve not cracked my head open it’s a winwin anyway so I’ll give you guys a

Little bit more of a close-up of the table and then I will probably see you guys brigh eyed and bushy tailed with the rollers in the hair for a big morning of preparations before our final Easter Extravaganza Lunch Come on then ready go go on then [Applause] Good morning I’m looking somewhat like a poodle because the hair has been in rollers since the crack of dawn this morning as you would been able to see we manifested it we have sunshine and beautiful blue skies and I think it’s safe to say it’s been a bit of a busy

Morning we have been busy bees running around just with all the preparation just that everything is pretty much done by the time that my guests arrived I’m also hoping that the hair is going to fall out slightly cuz I literally could go to crafts at this point very pesque

But anyway I am re cycling a delicious dress from erom I’ve worn it a 100 times but is so beautiful and just by jazzing it up with a gorgeous pair of acarines from ttim on Fine Jewelry it’s just looking stunning and I thought with all

The blues and the greens on the table I matched in to Perfection so I just thought before our guest arve we would do a very very quick run through as to the table I have actually had to add a few more placings to the table so fingers crossed you think it looks okay

I think it looks absolutely stunning and it’s just exceeded all of my expectations the florals are in full bloom all the worry of putting them out at night whether first and foremost they would go over or whether it’s been it was a bit chilly last night and maybe

I’d killed them off but anyway I can now finally relax because the florals are looking just Exquisite the food is in my lamb has been massaged within an inch of its life and actually doing something that’s not super traditional I think just because everybody will have their traditional lamb next Sunday so I

Thought I’d spice things up a little bit quite literally and then we’ve got my crudity basket we’ve got loads of canopies we’ve got so many puddings so many sides and is going to be incredible literally that sun I’m fighting with the light and squinting but it’s going to be

The most incredible day and of course like always I just can’t wait to share it with you I feel like today’s Vlog might be a little bit more sort of a fly on the wall and a little sneak peek into how we do things and how we entertain

I’m not sure how much I’m going to be able to show you one because we’ll have the music blaring and I will have copyright issues but of course I will try and chair as much as I possibly can because I know that all of you love it

So much anyway I’ve got some sunbathing sausages down here I’ve got a sunbathing Blondie l a lot you can’t show everybody your bits on camera that’s very naughty I think you are the only one that gets away with it yes nobody wants to see you’re winky you are so delicious I can’t even

Goope so to give you a very very quick run through this is the final table the birds are singing the sun is shining and it is looking spectacular oh my goodness me the Rebecca Ood is literally a dream come true along with the beautiful fresh florals of absolute dreams from n and of

Course at flowed we had to get the mini eggs in there of course we have a few little furry little chicks Little Birdies on the table everything from the daisies the Tulips the enmies or animon as I like to say to the Rebecca Ood napkins Eloise plates the beautiful

Chargers the Princess Diana glasses that I have renamed because they are just so magnificent to my favorite flower on God’s Earth the lily of the valley everything is pure perfection it is quenti British and I think this is definitely one of my favorite Easter decorations tablescapes that I have

Created ever I just think it looks the optimum of class and I also think by covering the table the beautiful Rebecca Ood tablecloth it’s just changed the whole look we’ve got the white daffodils at the bottom along Ong with those very smart bunnies and beautiful florals couple of little pink bunnies down here

With the wood for the fire it’s actually too hot today to light the fire but this is looking Sensational so here we have my famous crud basket now this went viral I think about 2 years ago and it’s something that I actually took inspiration of and

I learned how to do it I went to an incredible restaurant in can called lehu and they bring out the most outstanding crudity basket and I just thought it was so easy and really cost-effective to do it yourself at home so you guys would have seen that time lapse of me just

Popping it all together so you can go to tesos waitrose any of your local supermarkets to get vegetables that might actually just be going over in the reduced section or even from your local Farm shop but accompanied to Perfection with Mr Mrs bunny a accompanied by the butterfly

Rinus now that is in full bloom and I am obsessed we’ve then got this very Whimsical loose and very pretty floral display here and then coming down to the lily of the valley which I just really wanted it to be the centerpiece along with those gorgeous Camille AKA daisies

We’ve got Mr rabbit who is going to have a hummus or form of dip in here we’re going to have all of the dips and the crisps along here but that is my husband’s job and we’re 10 minutes away from the guest arriving is it done no of

Course not so I think it’s now my job we’ve then got those scrumptious brownies that I bited yesterday that look very homemade but absolutely delicious little bit of family silver we’re going to pop all the champagne and the wine in there this is the little bowl section so we’re going to pop all

The dips in here and all the crisps in the Moroccan bowls so I am under control it’s quite a miracle if you ask me but we have been literally nonstop from 7:30 in the morning to make sure that this looked magnificent so whil I’ve got a very quiet kitchen literally the Calm before

The storm got my lrus dishes here we’ve got the new potatoes and mint in this one and then I will be creating my hot cross bun bread and butter pudding in in this one so those are perfectly positioned in there along with the perfectly positioned saissi oh my goodness Mommy it’s all

Just a bit exhausting oh You’ve Got a Friend arriving too a friend arriving so in here we have the lamb and it will be in there for a total of about 4 hours so I have massaged it within an inch of its life with beautiful apricot harisa lots

And lots of different spices from cumin cinnamon oregano a little bit of garlic we’ve gone in with lots of herbs obviously season with salt and pepper heavily 500 M of chicken stock at the bottom of it and then you wrap it really really tightly so I’ve popped it on at

210 for half an hour and then it’s going to be and roasting and slow cooking for a further 3 and 1 half to 4 hours at 160 so so so so slowly and then of half an hour before the end you whip off the foil and you let the skin sort of crisp

Up and trust me when I say it is the most delicious it melts in your mouth and it just we’re basically going to shred it and then I’m going to sprinkle pomegranate seeds and flaked almonds in a bed of beautiful Lamb’s lettuce and it’s going to be incredible I just

Wanted to change it up slightly because I most certainly eat traditional lamb on Easter Sunday and I just think most people will be having traditional lamb next Sunday I couldn’t not serve lamb so it had to be a little bit different so if we head into the skullery this is

Like prepping station this is where everything is prepped and ready to rock and roll just peace of mind so that I can actually enjoy and have a glass of champagne with my guests when they arrive so here we have the fennel it has been parboiled and so that is sort of

Really half cooked essentially and then you got the double cream which we’re just going to pour over the top and then sprinkle with a heart topping amount of gria cheese then we’ve got the rhubarb and apple crumble now that’s that port and delicious vanilla Essence with a

Touch of sugar and that’s stewed and it’s just delicious and then I’ve got my topping here I never add my topping until the last moment otherwise it goes soggy and horrible here we have our Moroccan spric vegetables and this is going to be sitting on a bed of cuscus

Topped with gooey goats cheese and finished with coriander this is a showstopper and is just a little bit of substance and absolutely delicious then we’re going to be having lots of colorful carrots look at how fabulous they are and they’re going to be whole roasted with Thyme and honey then we’re

Going to be having some green beans with orange and then again with flate almonds and drizzled with a tiny bit of orange olive oil and then what else do we have what else do we have I still need to prep the hot crust buns so why don’t we do that very quickly

Together okay so you are balancing on the olive tin and now I’ve managed just pie of of resistance it’s actually a garlic clove so um it’s perfect so as you can see got the lrus dish down here and just before my guest arrived I just want to prep oh

You look nice oh we matching little Mr and misses what about that then you look very handsome oh you smell nice too I do something haven’t put on would you be able to go and find some perfume that you’d like the smell of and bring it down and Spritz me

Please whilst I’m doing the hot Bo bus so as I was just telling everybody on YouTube I’m just going to quickly try and get these done before everybody arrives we are te 10 minutes okay right so basically you can buy any hot cross buns that you like the look of and I

Actually wear with the spiced apple and sultanas and now you can actually do this recipe whether you’ve got fresh hot crust buns or whether you’ve got those hot cross buns that have seen better days and it’s such a fantastic recipe now I will link the recipe that I

Actually found gosh a few years ago I think it was Olive magazine off the top of my head and um I pretty much follow that recipe however it’s all about the marmade and with anything if you pop top ingredients into it it just tastes that little bit better and this is the one

The only forams orange and champagne marmalade I feel like I’m crouching and also talking at 100 miles an hour um I basically am so I’m just harving all of my hot cross buns so you’re going to need eight Hot Cross Buns if you are

Going to be oh what did you go with oh what did you go with bit of gerlan what was the oh I do love this it’s quite soapy it’s fresh it’s lovely it’s scrumptious I’m not going to Spritz that right now because I don’t want my

Pudding to taste like G perfume so right and then you’re going to need some room temperature butter and then of course the marmalade and we are literally going to slather the two in the middle I’m going to be making little hot cross bun sandwiches tell you what I can actually

Use that butter there so literally like so be generous like with anything absolutely delici yoso and trust me when I say please make sure that it’s room temperature it’s so much easier and there’s absolutely nothing worse than fighting with a hot cross bun and cold stiff butter nightmare been

There done that got the whole t-shirt and the butter most of the time covered in it right that is that and then we’re ready to rock and roll Marcus sounds as though he’s on the champagne glasses and the champagne and the champagne buckets and also the dips and the crisps

In the bowl are we on with that yeah okay right that is bout on all of the hot cross buns and now a bit crazy with those ones a little bit to that one there we go going to take a teaspoon just always have to make sure that you’re not contaminating the butter

With the marmalade so I would suggest to take a little teaspoon pop a touch on each one again you can pop on as much or as little as you like with this it’s like clotted cream on scones it’s a scone with clotted cream or clotted cream with a scone I go heavy

And Royal question is are you butter or are you clotted cream before Jam or Jam before clotted cream abolutely Jam first absolutely Jam first I couldn’t agree more the people that think that the clotted cream is butter I just but then you can’t get a huge amount of clotted cream on I just

Don’t understand it no need to load it on just like I’m doing with this marmalade right markers can you make sure that they’re like almost overloaded just so that they look really really full and generous now just give these a little bit of a squidge around make sure

They’re everywhere and then what I’ll do later is I’ll actually prepare when my guests are here actually the um it’s almost like a source you’ve got the milk you got double cream little bit of cinnamon vanilla extract as I said I’ll leave the full recipe down below and

Then all you have to do is just pour that over the top of these hot cross buns and then you bake them for about 35 40 minutes eyeball it please eyeball it now one of the things you must do is make sure that the crossed tops are on the top because as always

You know me it’s all about presentation so you just want to ensure that those crossed tops are quite literally on the top and then we are going to just place them into this lacus dish in a circle works out quite well she says she hopes she

Prays I can’t get over how ring litty the hair is I think it’s because it’s been in rollers since literally 7:00 this morning okay we’re going to have to squish these in so that is that one oh what I would do just to bite into

One of these right now yum Del scrum and the final one in the middle now if you do have this lcus dish or one that is a similar size have a little look at this for Perfection isn’t she beautiful so once you pour over all of that delicious

Cream sort of sauce that you bake it in it will literally go all gooey and yummy scy so that is done that is all prepped now I just need to do my final final walkthrough to make sure everything is perfect the champagne is chilled music

  1. My Famous Guacamole Recipe! 🥑
    Red Onion , Avocados, Cherry Tomatoes, Coriander, Lime Juice, Tabasco, Salt and Pepper. Finely chop your onions. Scoop your avocados into a bowl and chop for a chunky guac. Finely chop the cherry tomatoes and pop them in. Add in a good lashing of tabasco and lots of salt & pepper. Squeeze in your lime juice & chopped coriander. Make sure it is all incorporated without smooshing the avocado. Serve into your bowl and top with coriander & a whole chilli for decoration.

I hope you see it as helpful not critical but I like to know if I have said something the wrong way or spelt it wrongly – maybe that is just me. I mean well so please don't take offence.   11. Leonora, i am so greatful to you for you sharing all your wounderful moments with us! I have to say, your Easter lunch was just in every detail perfect! You are amazing!
    I cook the shoulder of lamb exactly the way you do, exept that i brush it with pomegranate molases towards the end of cooking.
    Sometimes the meat, even after the 4 hours of cooking, does'nt tear as easy as i was hoping. But it never fails to be scrumptious! Just like it was in your case.
    Our Russian Orthodox Easter only comes on the 5-th of May. So thank you for the ideas you gave me! I have lot's of time to get ready.
